Terms of Service
Last updated: February 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using BatchHarbor ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
BatchHarbor is a paid web application that allows users to bulk upload and schedule YouTube Shorts. The Service uploads videos to YouTube on your behalf using YouTube Data API v3 through your authorized YouTube account.
3. Accounts and eligibility
- You must have a valid Google account and a YouTube channel to use BatchHarbor.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian to use the Service.
4. YouTube compliance
By using BatchHarbor, you agree to comply with:
You are solely responsible for the content you upload through BatchHarbor. We do not review, moderate, or endorse any content uploaded via the Service.
5. Subscription and billing
- BatchHarbor requires a paid subscription to access core features (uploading and scheduling).
- Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. Prices are displayed at the time of purchase.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload content that violates YouTube's Community Guidelines, including spam, misleading content, or copyright-infringing material.
- Use the Service to abuse, overload, or interfere with YouTube's systems or API quotas.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or circumvent any security features of the Service.
- Create multiple accounts to bypass usage limits.
- Resell or redistribute access to the Service without authorization.
7. Service availability
We strive to keep BatchHarbor available and reliable, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service depends on third-party infrastructure (Google Cloud, YouTube API, Stripe) and may be affected by outages, API changes, or maintenance windows beyond our control.
We are not liable for failed or delayed uploads caused by YouTube API rate limits, quota exhaustion, or policy changes by Google.
8. Limitation of liability
BatchHarbor is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost revenue, data loss, or YouTube account actions taken by Google.
9. Account termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or engage in activity that could harm other users or the platform. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before termination, except in cases of severe abuse.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of BatchHarbor after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
